(WSAL)

The Notice of Funds Availability for Repowering Assistance Payments to eligible biorefineries was published on June 12, 2009.  This is a new program provides payments to biorefineries that replace fuel source for fossil fuels with renewable biomass and was created under the 2008 Farm Bill.  The following are new Forms for the applicants to apply; the Agreement between the biorefinery and Rural Business-Cooperative Service; and the request for payments Forms:

The Notice of Contracts for Payment for Payments to eligible advanced biofuel producers was published on June 12, 2009.  This program provides payments to eligible producers in a rural area.  This is a new program created by the 2008 Farm Bill.  The following are new Forms for the producers to apply for this program:
