MULTI-FAMILY HOUSING ASSET MANAGEMENT HANDBOOK.  This Handbook is partially  revised as follow:

Chapter 3:

The FY 2008 Management Base Fees were established by increasing the FY 2007 fees using the Operating Cost Adjustment Factor (OCAF).  These fees will be used for the FY 2008 budget cycle beginning January 1, 2008.  Borrowers and management agents must include their management agreement and Form RD 3560-13, "Multi-Family Project Owner's/Management Agent's Management Certification."
