AGREEMENT WITH PRIOR LIENHOLDER UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE revised 06-10.  Prescribed in RD Instruction 1927-B and HB-1-3550.  This Form is revised to conform to the requirements imposed by the State of Hawaii’s Bureau of Conveyances.  The Bureau of Conveyances indicated in order for the form to be recorded all parties needed to sign the document.  The general form only has the leveraged partner signing the form, but the Bureau of Conveyances indicated that USDA and the borrowers also needed to sign the form if not they would not record the document.  This Form is available in the Hawaii State Office.
