INTEREST RATES, AMORTIZATION, GUARANTEE FEE, ANNUAL CHARGE, AND FIXED PERIOD.  This Instruction is revised
as follows:

Exhibit B is partially revised to update the Treasury Judgement Rate and various program rates, effective October 1, 2010; and

Exhibit K is completely revised to amend the fee requirement for “Section 502 Guaranteed Loans.”  The fee for purchase loans is 3.5 percent for a factor of .0388889, and the refinance fee is 2.25 percent for a factor of .0250000.
