INTERMEDIARY RELENDING PROGRAM RURAL MICROENTREPRENNEUR ASSISTANCE PROGRAM PROMISSORY NOTE revised 2-11.  Prescribed in RD Instructions 4279-A, 4279-B, 3575-A and 1779.  The Form currently reflects an incorrect repayment schedule for the RMAP.  Under paragraph (b) it states that principal and interest payments are due on the first of each month.  According to the regulation, principal and interest payments are due on the last day of each month.  Supplies dated prior to the revision date will be disposed of or recycled.  This Form and FMI are available on the Rural Development Instructions home page (http://www.rurdev.usda.gov/regs/).  No paper copy distribution of this form will be made, and it will not be stocked in the warehouse.
