MFH LOAN ORIGINATION HANDBOOK.  Attachment 7-C is revised using appraisal terminology that is consistent with 7 CFR Part 3560. 
The current Attachment 7-C uses appraisal terminology that is not consistent with 7 CFR Part 3560 which causes confusion and misinterpretation.  The changes made to Attachment 7-C provides clarity as to which appraised value(s) to request based on the intended use instead of using different types of scenarios or possible examples.
