GUARANTEED RURAL RENTAL HOUSING PROGRAM ORIGINATION AND SERVICING HANDBOOK.  This Handbook is revised.  Specific revisions include:

The Section 538 GRRHP Origination and Servicing Handbook is being revised to include the Continuous Guarantee that was implemented with the Final Rule publication of 7 CFR 3565 dated January 12, 2011Additionally, each Chapter of the Handbook has been edited to provide clarification on issues that have not been clear. This document serves the purpose of highlighting major changes in Sections throughout the Handbook.

apter 1: Overview of GRRHP Origination and Servicing Handbook

Paragraphs
1.1 through 1.8 Updated referenced websites, minor edits and clarifications.
