Freemont Community Digester

This Environmental Assessment was completed by the USDA-Rural Business-Cooperative Service.  A Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) was placed on Public Notice for the proposal from August 5, 2009 through August 27^th, 2009 and the FONSI was signed on October 15, 2010.
