The Administrative
Programs Division manages the administrative programs and provides support to
the State and Area offices in |
|
The Human Resources program area includes processing staffing actions to bring employees on board, managing various employment benefits programs such as retirement, health and life insurance, managing the various federal leave programs, etc. The Administrative Expenses area monitors administrative expanders including salaries and benefits, leasing costs, funds for equipment and furniture, supplies, etc. The Information Technology program area includes managing a variety of automation systems such as the servers in each office, hardware management and maintenance, telecommunications, security, etc. across the state. |

Contracting Opportunities in Tennessee The following services are procured on a routine, recurring basis statewide in support of our housing programs. Interested contractors are encouraged to contact the local offices serving the areas where you are interested in providing services, and request to be included on their source lists. Blanket Purchases Agreement (BPA) are used to obtain the following services: - Appraisals on single-family houses and multi-family housing projects - Property maintenance services which include yard clean-up, lawn mowing, trash removal, interior cleaning, winterization, installation of locksets, etc. - Legal services that include foreclosure commitments, title opinions, etc. Lead based paint inspections, risk assessments and abatements Advertising for property sales For general information on the statewide
