Welcome to the Texas Web Site for USDA Rural
Development. We administer programs for community development and
economic advancement of our state's small cities and rural areas. These
programs include housing, infrastructure, and business development financing
through grants, loans, and guaranteed loans. We stand ready to assist in all
manners of community development and are eager to work with other agencies,
public organizations, and the private sector to help assemble resources to
meet the needs of rural Texas.
