Texas Real Estate Owned PropertiesWelcome to the USDA Rural Development Texas State Office Real Estate Owned (REO) Property page. Click the link below for a list of all REO properties that are currently in inventory within Texas. Program properties can be sold with agency financing to program eligible purchasers at any time. Investors and purchasers who are not eligible for our regular loan programs can purchase properties for cash or with Nonprogram agency financing. There is a 60-day period following the original listing when program properties are only available to be sold with agency funding to program eligible purchasers.
