Multi-Family Housing

Rural households with very low-moderate incomes (including the elderly persons with disabilities and farm workers) struggle to locate adequate and affordable rental housing in rural communities.  Rural Rental Housing Loans provide subsidized financing to construct or acquire multi-family housing rental properties.  Subsidized loans (interest credit) are available to eligible sponsors/developers.
