This program works on the basis of adjusted income. We suggest you contact a Housing
Specialist if your income is close to these limits, or if you have a family
size in excess of eight persons. If you income exceeds these limits, you might
still qualify for a USDA Rural Development’s Guaranteed Rural Housing Loan. Click here for more
