Rural Development is dedicated to serving the needs of Wisconsin's rural citizens. We provide funding for purchasing new homes, improving old homes, and building multi-family homes. We provide technical assistance and funding to new cooperative ventures. We create stable employment by financing new businesses conducive to the local economy and the environment. We help communities grow to meet the needs of their citizens with water and sewer lines, community facilities, child care facilities, telemedicine, and long term planning.
